established client who specialise in offering support to vulnerable
people are looking for Support/Care workers to help in their new home
based in Tonbridge. Our clients main aims are to :
To build a package of support and/or care that is genuinely centred on
the individual’s needs and aspirations.
To provide the highest possible quality of care and support to the
individual, who because of a learning disability, mental illness or
physical disability requires support to live independently. They also
support other vulnerable groups including the elderly.
To ensure that the support offered to the individual has a focus on the
individual acquiring the skills, experiences and confidence to live a
more independent lifestyle.
You must have a minimum 2 year background in caring for those with
learning and physical disabilities and be competent in manual handling.
Shift work will be involved including earlies, lates, weekends and sleep
ins.
