award winning hotel is looking for an exceptional Temp Chef to oversee
their busy kitchen which caters for conferences, weddings, banquets, day
to day hotel guests and TV personalities. The food is fresh fayre and
there is autonomy for the menu, so bring your ideas to the table!! The
existing team Sous, Commis and chef de partie where placed by ourselves
so are extremely hard working and will lend lots of support to their
Temp Head chef.. Flexible rota in place..could lead to perm for the
right person....if so desired!
