Our client requires two highly skilled secretaries to arrange
meetings, manage diaries and various other secretarial duties
including answering phones to deal with queries, typing
documentation to a high standard etc. Successful candidates will
have a strong secretarial or P.A. background with proven continuity
of service and an ability to multi-task. Our client has flexi-time
work hours in operation covering 37 hours between 8.30 -17.00 Monday
to Friday and free parking. Packages used will
include Powerpoint, Excel and MSWord.
