FOR THIS ROLE***
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading holiday company for
Travel Advisors based in Maidstone. The role is rota based within a call
centre environment where you will be dealing with incoming calls from
customers making enquiries and it is up to convert these calls in to
bookings!!! You will also be required to provide after-sales customer
service along with helping the operations team in peak season. The
successful candidate will already have knowledge in tailor making
holidays to match the customers requirements along with an understanding
of airlines, car hire and travel insurance.
The company itself promotes a friendly and sociable working atmosphere
with casual dress and free parking. Own transport will be essential due
to the location unless you live locally.
Hours: The company hours are 8am-9pm 7 days per week and you will be
required to work on a rota basis around this.
