Our client is looking to recruit a Chef De Partie chef to join their
team of chef's in a busy kitchen of an historical pub/restaurant - the
pub restaurant is situated in a picturesque village of Tonbridge, they
have recently refurbished, have a good range of traditional foods
designed to tantalise - food for which the pub is famed. Customers have
a choice from a selection of bar snacks and sharing platters to a
sumptuous three-course meal.
Client requires a Chef De Partie level chef to assist with the running
of the kitchen, making sure the food goes out during the service, to
cook at the level of CDP chef. Have a flair & passion for cooking and
foods, be a person who is willing to grow & contribute to the team -a
good team player. Client wishes to hear your idea's and to work together
creating new & exciting menu's each month. Need to bring your skills &
creativity to the table to produce quality foods.
Must have a basic hygiene certificate.
This is a fulltime position, with mixture of straights and splits
shifts, Will start off on the splits to find their feet and onto mix
straights.
Hours for Splits: 9-2pm, 5.45-10pm
Straights: Early 9-6pm Lates 2-10.30pm.
Weekend Rota –sliding shift’s - approx 45 hour week.
Must have your own vehicle due to location.
