distinct advantage if you have your NVQ level 1 or 2 in Social and
Health Care along with past skills from working within a residential
setting. The home itself is located in a quiet, residential area on the
outskirts of Sittingbourne surrounded by well established gardens. The
Dementia unit is separate from the residential area of the home and has
its own secure gardens and patio area. It has been designed in
accordance with Stirling University's research into creating a safe and
stimulating environment for those with dementia.
