Our client a well established hotel that has a clientele that
includes wedding functions, conferences and banquets, hotel guests and
day to day visitors. The hotel restaurant works with fresh food and an
interesting menu. The current Head Chef and Sous Chef are looking for a
skilled Commis chef to add to their existing team to cover days,
evenings and weekends on a flexible rota basis 5 days over 7.
